Sal Sela– President

As President, Mr. Sela is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations  of the business. Mr. Sela founded the company in 2001. Under his stewardship the company has grown to become the leading specialty maintenance and restoration company in the New York Metropolitan area. Mr. Sela is a graduate of St. John's University majoring in European History and Finance. Mr. Sela is actively involved with a number of charities, is committed to community service

Luan Sela Vice President / Chief of Staff

Mr. Sela has 15 years in the Waterproofing  and stone , façade restoration industry. Mr. Sela started the company along with his brother Sal Sela in 2001 and built it to become the leading specialty maintenance and restoration company. Mr. Sela is a certified licensed special rigger. Over the years, he has served in various roles within the company. Currently he is the Vice President of General Restoration and General Maintenance Group.

Andrew Devennie – Chief Project Estimator

Mr.Devennie  has 16 years experience in the maintenance, restoration and construction industries Mr. Devennie leads the pre-construction and estimating team providing expert guidance on the necessary decisions about design intent, schedule, budget, value engineering, materials and more. His broad experience, proven leadership and hands-on approach ensures client satisfaction from a project’s inception through the transition to the delivery team..

Steve Sutton – Director of Operations

Mr. Sutton has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and currently oversees all of General’s service operations Mr. Sutton develops new business for the firm and maintains quality relationships with existing clients. His focus on client satisfaction and open communication ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and professionalism. Mr. Sutton monitors every phase of the construction process in New York, beginning with preconstruction, and works hands on with project managers and field operations to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and, often, under budget. Mr. Sutton  has vast experience with both commercial construction and business development. 

Dan Burke –  Project Manager

With extensive knowledge of building systems and construction methods, site planning and building code requirements, Mr. Burke has over 25-years of successful experience in public and private infrastructure, including sewage treatment plants, pump stations and storm water management, including concentration in residential and commercial construction comprising all facets of development from high-end, luxury single family homes to subdivisions town houses and mid-rises to finally high-rise projects and commercial “big box” construction. Mr. Burke  was also a member of the team that build the $200-MM The Westin & Marriot  Hotel in Jersey City, NJ.

Cynthia Brenner – Executive Operations Administrator


Cynthia  has 14 years’ experience in the metal/marble restoration industry. Ms. Brenner  started with General Maintenance in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and recently moved on to become the Executive Operations Administrator. She is responsible for entering union payroll, book keping ,acounting updating information into our internal website, and all financial Management for General Maintenance Group
